Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines, focusing on immunological disorders. Responsibilities: develop and execute scientific engagement plans, build relationships with Key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, facilitate high-quality scientific exchange, support investigator-initiated studies, and provide scientific education. Maintain awareness of the therapeutic landscape, competitive intelligence, and industry trends; leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making; ensure compliance with regulatory standards; and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent); post-graduate clinical or therapeutic experience preferred; strong scientific and therapeutic expertise; proficiency in data analysis, strategic planning, and scientific communication; ability to travel up to 70% within the territory. Preferred: 2+ years of relevant MSL experience and therapeutic area expertise; residency or fellowship training; board certification; located in a major metro area (Orlando preferred).
