Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Rheumatology for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines, focusing on immunology therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: develop and execute scientific engagement plans, build relationships with key opinion leaders, facilitate scientific exchange, support investigator-initiated studies, and stay current on disease landscape trends. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and external stakeholders; provide scientific insights and education; collect and submit actionable healthcare insights; support regulatory and compliance adherence. Requirements: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), postgraduate experience, therapeutic area expertise, strong scientific acumen, experience in clinical research or healthcare systems, proficient in data analysis and strategic planning; able to travel up to 70%. Preferred: 2+ years in MSL or relevant therapeutic experience, residency/fellowship, board certification, and location in or near Tulsa or Oklahoma City. High-Value: Immunology/rheumatology focus, therapeutic development support, investigator engagement, regulatory compliance, use of AI tools. Work setup involves extensive travel within North Texas/Oklahoma territory, including internal and external scientific engagements.
