Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Rheumatology, serving as a scientific resource and relationship builder for healthcare professionals and thought leaders in designated geographic regions. Responsibilities include engaging with HCPs to exchange scientific and product information, supporting clinical research initiatives, and contributing to medical strategies through education and insights. The MSL also supports clinical trial activities, facilitates research collaborations, and provides scientific input to internal teams. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical or pharmaceutical experience, preferably with prior MSL exposure; strong knowledge of rheumatology, clinical trial processes, healthcare landscape, and HEOR concepts; excellent communication skills in English; ability to travel and drive a company vehicle. Preferred: experience in rheumatology or related therapeutic areas, and familiarity with scientific publications and healthcare ecosystems. The role is field-based, covering IL, MI, and North Indiana, with extensive travel. The position aims to promote scientific exchange, support patient access, and align with BMSβs medical objectives in the rheumatology space.
