Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology within Johnson & Johnson's Immunology division, focusing on developing scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and opinion leaders across territories including Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama. Responsibilities: establish and implement territory-specific scientific plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies; foster relationships with KOLs; facilitate high-quality scientific exchange; support investigator-initiated studies and scientific inquiry; gather and communicate actionable insights; ensure compliance and support internal research and education efforts; stay current on immunology treatment landscape and competitor activity; leverage AI tools for strategic decision-making. Requirements: Doctorate-level degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), with postgraduate experience, preferably in immunology or related therapeutic areas; strong scientific acumen, clinical or research experience, and knowledge of healthcare systems; ability to travel up to 70% within territory; valid US driverβs license. Preferred: 2+ years of MSL or relevant experience, residency or fellowship, board certification, and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI; located in major metro areas such as Birmingham or Kansas City.
