Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines, supporting scientific exchange and relationship-building with healthcare professionals in multiple U.S. territories. Responsibilities: develop and execute scientific engagement plans, foster relationships with KOLs, deliver evidence-based data, support investigator-initiated studies, and provide scientific insights to internal stakeholders. Maintain current knowledge of disease landscape and competitor activity, utilize digital tools for decision-making, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Requirements: doctorate (PharmD, PhD, MD, or advanced practice provider), with postgraduate clinical or research experience; 2+ years of relevant therapeutic area expertise or MSL experience preferred; strong scientific, analytical, and communication skills; ability to travel up to 70%.
