      Role Summary
 Medical Science Liaison (MSL) responsible for developing and enhancing professional relationships with medical thought leaders within metabolic and oncologic spaces. Provides medical information through scientific exchange and clinical/scientific support for Rezolute and the Medical Affairs department, interacting with global thought leaders and academic centers of excellence.
 
 Responsibilities
 
  - KOL Development and Field Engagement: Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers within relevant Metabolic and Oncology therapeutic areas; identify new thought leaders; develop and execute projects and program material; communicate key clinical and research issues from KOLs; capture and report field-based medical insights; participate in medical education for HCPs; provide scientific support for activities such as medical congress staffing, advisory boards, and training initiatives; respond to unsolicited medical information requests.
 
  - Positions self as Scientific Expert: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapy areas and Rezolute products; establish reputation as a trustworthy source; support positioning as scientific authority; attend scientific congresses; understand clinical practice standards; provide clinical presentations; communicate emerging data; support data generation activities; evaluate emerging literature; provide insights for internal strategy and external engagement.
 
  - Medical Affairs Planning and Plan Execution: Contribute to launch readiness plans; collaborate cross-functionally across research, clinical development, regulatory, and commercial; interact with HCPs to support activities aligned with launch readiness plans.
 
  - Responsible For Maintaining Company Standards And Values: Engage healthcare providers in meaningful scientific exchange; report adverse events and product complaints; adhere to codes of practice; act ethically and as an ambassador for Rezolute; maintain development plans; provide timely reporting.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
  - Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Ability to research, analyze, and communicate complex scientific information; clear communication and presentation skills; strong planning and organization; strategic mindset; self-motivated and autonomous; adaptable in a changing environment; strong relationship-building; proficient with Microsoft tools; excellent English; ability and willingness to travel (driving may be required); knowledge of healthcare environment; demonstrated ability to develop trust with opinion leaders; understanding of regulatory requirements for field-based personnel; experience as an MSL with a strong track record is strongly preferred.
 
  - Required Education And Licenses: Advanced medical, clinical, nursing or similar degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, PA or equivalent); minimum 5 yearsβΓΓ΄ experience as an MSL or comparable role, including at least 2 years in rare disease; willingness to travel 60-75% time; valid driverβΓΓ΄s license and residence within 60 miles of an airport serviced by major airline.

  - Advanced medical, clinical, nursing or similar degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, PA or equivalent)
