Main Responsibilities (Medical Science Liaison – MSL, field-facing):
- Serve as a trusted scientific partner to Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers, conducting high-quality scientific exchanges.
- Gather, record, and share stakeholder insights to strengthen Sanofi scientific messages, strategies, and product development.
- Maintain up-to-date therapeutic area/disease management and understand the competitive landscape to communicate product value.
- Partner with internal teams (Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Regulatory, etc.) to support medical strategy, compliance, and product positioning.
- Identify data collection opportunities; support clinical trial site identification; assist with investigator-sponsored studies (ISS) submissions.
- Represent the company at scientific congresses; organize educational meetings and advisory boards; support speaker training.
- Ensure full compliance with company, industry, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Main Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred; or Relevant Life Sciences degree (RN/MS) with Healthcare Specialty required.
- Previous pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical practice, clinical decision making, and healthcare systems.
- Ability to interpret scientific data and translate into educational/research needs.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based scientific content.
- Understanding of research study design and execution.
- Exemplary communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working on multidisciplinary teams and managing significant project volume.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Leadership and initiative within scope of authority.
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations/codes of practice (non-promotional activities).
- Scientific expertise; ability to stay current and articulate/translate therapeutic knowledge.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, regulatory/payer environment, public health, and industry trends.
- Strong stakeholder diplomacy and communication; relationship building.
- Ability to plan/prioritize/execute multiple responsibilities; proficiency in digital tools; English proficiency.
