Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Oncology – Lung & GU Tumors (Field – Central & North Texas)

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with Regional/National Thought Leaders (RTLs/TLs) and HCPs to translate science into patient care within a defined geography.
- Develop trusted TL relationships through proactive/reactive interactions (1:1, group, virtual).
- Collaborate on medical plan development and pre-/peri-launch and lifecycle needs; engage medical societies, PAGs, and guideline committee members.
- Provide training for external speakers; strategically engage payers pre-/peri-launch.
- Answer unsolicited HCP questions (in-person and via β€œMedical on Call”); document activities and achieve annual goals; leverage digital capabilities.
- Support clinical trial engagement: advise on study feasibility and patient access/equity; lead evidence read-outs; support interventional/non-interventional research site activities; support ISR processes and study follow-up; ensure local pharmacovigilance procedural compliance and report adverse events; support CRO-sponsored studies if applicable.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with disease-area or broad medical background / relevant pharma experience.
- Experience in scientific/clinical research; field medical expertise preferred.
- Strong oncology experience and understanding of TL environment, scientific publications, clinical trial design/process, and national/regional healthcare/access environment.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge including compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Travel/Driving Requirements
- Must operate a company-provided vehicle; employment contingent on meeting Qualified Driver requirements (e.g., 21+ years, valid license in good standing, acceptable driving risk level).

Compensation/Benefits (if eligible)
- Field (US): $168,220–$203,837; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
