Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Oncology β Lung & GU Tumors (Field: Central & North Texas)
Primary Role
- Engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with Regional/National Thought Leaders and HCPs to translate science into patient care within a defined geography; support top HCPs in high-disease-burden hospitals.
- Capture medical insights; act as a clinical/scientific advisor to cross-functional partners to support appropriate access to BMS medicines and address scientific questions beyond approved assets.
- Field-based role; majority of time with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted TL relationships (proactive/reactive; 1:1, group, virtual).
- Collaborate on medical plan development for launch/LCM; engage medical societies, PAGs, guideline committees; train external speakers.
- Provide real-time medical support for unsolicited HCP questions (including Medical on Call).
- Clinical trial engagement: advise on study/site feasibility; lead evidence read-outs; support NIR/ISR processes; support pharmacovigilance documentation and AE alerting.
Required Qualifications
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with disease-area or broad medical/relevant pharma experience.
- Scientific/clinical research environment experience (field medical expertise preferred).
- Strong oncology experience.
- Understanding of clinical trial design/process and national/regional healthcare/access environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- $168,220β$203,837 (US, FTE). Additional incentive (eligibility-based).
