Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in Women’s Health.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on products with HCPs, academic institutions, clinical investigators, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of the scientific communication plan, medical-to-medical materials, and research; facilitate research collaborations (e.g., investigator-initiated trials) and partner with Clinical Development on investigator selection and site performance/recruitment.
- Assist in scientific training for Commercial and other internal colleagues using approved materials.
- Provide scientific expertise and support for speaker training and advisory boards, as requested.
- Represent the company at national and regional medical meetings; support Medical Information booth activities as needed; cultivate relationships and exchange scientific information.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information in accordance with policies and procedures.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent.
- 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Women’s Health experience preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for medical engagement and drive scientific engagement goals.
- Knowledge of clinical research methodologies; ability to evaluate and translate scientific material credibly.
- Travel up to ~50% when appropriate.
- Self-starter; comfortable in fast-paced environments; strong results orientation; can manage multiple programs and ambiguous situations.

Employee must be able to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements (including vaccination prerequisites).
