Position: Medical Science Liaison (field-based) providing medical/scientific support for Organon’s Women’s Health programs. Territory: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders in assigned therapy area/geography.
- Maintain Women’s Health clinical, scientific, and technical expertise.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue; engage in scientific exchange with HCPs, academic institutions, and clinical investigators consistent with company policies.
- Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials, and research (including investigator-initiated trials and investigator selection/site performance with Clinical Development).
- Assist with scientific training for Commercial and other internal colleagues using approved materials.
- Provide scientific expertise for speaker training and advisory boards as requested.
- Represent the company at national/regional medical meetings; support Medical Information booth activities as needed; capture insights from HCPs.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information, following policies and documentation.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent.
- 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Women’s Health experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building with HCPs/decision makers; excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication/presentation (including written and oral) to broad audiences/Senior Stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and drive medical engagement goals.
- Knowledge of clinical research methods; ability to evaluate/translate scientific material independently.
- Travel up to ~50% as appropriate.
- Self-starter; works well in fast-paced environments; manages multiple priorities independently.
- Ability to overcome ambiguity and challenge status quo.
