The Medical Science Liaison is a field-based professional providing medical and scientific support for Organon’s Women’s Health programs through scientific exchange, investigator identification, balanced medical/scientific inquiry responses, and regional/national clinical support and data presentations.

Territory includes: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in Women’s Health.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue consistent with company policies.
- Collaborate on the scientific communication plan, medical-to-medical materials, and research; facilitate investigator-initiated trials and partner with Clinical Development on investigator/site selection and performance.
- Assist in scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues using approved materials.
- Provide scientific expertise/support for speaker training and advisory boards, as requested.
- Represent the company at national and regional medical meetings; support Medical Information booth activities; cultivate relationships and scientific exchange.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information in accordance with policies and document requests.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent.
- Five years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Women’s Health experience (preferred).
- Strong relationship-building with HCPs/decision makers; excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop/drive medical engagement goals; understand clinical research methodologies; independently evaluate/translate scientific material.
- Travel up to ~50% as appropriate.
- Self-starter; comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments; deliver results; manage ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple programs with competing timelines; work independently.
- Excellent written/oral communication; experienced presenting to senior stakeholders.
