Position: Medical Science Liaison (field-based) supporting Organon’s Women’s Health programs in the territory: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional orgs, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain clinical/scientific/technical expertise in Women’s Health.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue consistent with company policies.
- Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials, and research (e.g., investigator-initiated trials; support investigator selection and site performance/recruitment with Clinical Development).
- Assist in scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues.
- Provide support for speaker training and advisory boards.
- Represent the company at national and regional medical meetings; support Medical Information booth activities as needed.
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests per policies and document requests.

Qualifications/Required Skills:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent; 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Women’s Health experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building with HCPs/decision makers; excellent one-on-one/group interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to develop scientific engagement goals.
- Knowledge of clinical research methodologies; ability to evaluate/translate scientific material.
- Travel up to ~50% when appropriate; self-starter; works independently; manages competing timelines.
- Ability to overcome ambiguity.
