The Medical Science Liaison is a field-based professional providing medical and scientific support for Organon’s Women’s Health programs. Engages in scientific exchange with Healthcare Professionals and Managed Markets Customers; identifies pre-/clinical/post-marketing study investigators; responds to customer inquiries with focused, balanced clinical and scientific information; delivers clinical/scientific information that differentiates products; and provides clinical support and data presentations regionally and nationally. Territory: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain clinical/scientific/technical expertise in Women’s Health.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue consistent with company policies.
- Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials, and research (e.g., investigator-initiated trials; work with Clinical Development on investigator selection, relationships, and site performance/recruitment).
- Assist with scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues.
- Provide scientific expertise/support for speaker training and advisory boards (as requested).
- Represent the company at national and regional medical meetings.
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests per policies and document inquiries.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent.
- 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Women’s Health experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building with HCPs and decision makers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and drive scientific engagement goals.
- Knowledge of clinical research methodologies; ability to evaluate/translate scientific materials.
- Travel up to ~50% when appropriate.
- Self-starter; thrives in fast-paced environments; results-driven; able to manage ambiguity; independent prioritization and multi-program management.

Compensation/Status:
- Annualized Salary Range (US): $185,200.00–$315,100.00 (if applicable).
- Employee status: Regular. No relocation. Travel and credentialing/vaccination prerequisites required.
