Medical Science Liaison - North Central (MI & IN)

Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supporting Alnylam's TTR amyloidosis franchise, focusing on scientific engagement and education. Responsibilities: build relationships with KOLs, investigators, and healthcare professionals; develop and execute disease awareness and KOL engagement plans; facilitate early diagnosis strategies; communicate disease mechanisms and clinical data; support advisory boards and scientific congresses; collaborate on medical education and regulatory review; promote evidence-based decision-making. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, DNP, or MD with 3-5 years industry experience; clinical background in cardiology and rare diseases preferred; experience in clinical research, investigator trials, and medical education; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. High-Value: rare disease (TTR amyloidosis), primarily US-focused, involves scientific exchange, medical education, and stakeholder engagement; travel 60-70%. Work setup: Field-based role, territory-resident.
