Role Summary
Medical Science Liaison (Neurology) - Southwest.
Responsibilities
Engage in scientific exchange with expert healthcare professionals as part of the Medical Affairs team.
Participate in Medical Affairs project assignments.
Communicate scientific concepts effectively to multiple audiences — verbally, graphically, and in writing.
Contribute to key department functions (e.g., medical information) and inter-departmental initiatives.
Qualifications
Required: Doctoral degree (PhD, PharmD, MD).
Required: Prior experience in neurology-related field. Preference for those with pharmaceutical industry experience in multiple sclerosis; immunology experience is a plus.
Preferred: 2+ years of experience as an MSL or in Medical Affairs.
Preferred: Experience in clinical research and/or direct patient care.
Required: Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of audience types.
Required: Adept at building and maintaining relationships with others.
Required: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Required: Demonstrated ability to adapt within a dynamic environment.
Required: Willingness to travel (75%) and easy access to a major metropolitan airport.
