Medical Science Liaison (field-based covering Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota).

Responsibilities
- Develop peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and HCPs; execute territory plans aligned with US Medical Affairs.
- Identify/communicate key clinical and research insights to internal departments.
- Deliver medical education (on-site presentations, investigator meetings, national conferences, advisory boards, regional meetings).
- Provide scientific support for medical congress staffing, advisory boards, and sales training.
- Maintain high-level scientific expertise (therapy area, products, emerging research, trends, competitive landscape); serve as scientific authority.
- Provide clinical presentations and respond to unsolicited questions (as appropriate).
- Communicate emerging data objectively; support data generation (company-sponsored studies, collaborations, ISTs).
- Contribute to US Medical Plan; provide local strategy/tactics input; manage relevant budget where needed.
- Support Key Account Management approach and HCP interactions (advisory boards, speaker development, clinical trials).
- Ensure compliance: document/forward adverse events and complaints; adhere to Codes of Practice; act ethically; maintain a written development plan; prepare timely reporting.

Qualifications
Required
- Neuro-oncology experience; ability to analyze/communicate complex medical data.
- Clear communication/presentation; strong planning/attention to detail; strategic mindset.
- Self-motivated autonomy; learn quickly; flexible/results-focused; strong negotiation; relationship-building.
- Proficient with digital tools; excellent spoken English.
- Travel 60%+ (driving required).
Education/Licenses: PharmD/MD/PhD (or equivalent) + 3 years neuro-oncology; OR RN/NP/CNP/PA (or equivalent) with Master’s (or equivalent) + 5 years clinical practice; 2+ years as MSL or comparable role; valid driver’s license; live within 60 miles of a major airport.
Preferred
- Prior MSL success; geography/healthcare environment knowledge; trust-building with opinion leaders; regulatory knowledge for field-based personnel.

US Compensation/Benefits (if eligible)
- Base pay range: $160,000–$240,000.
- May be eligible for annual bonus/incentive, discretionary equity, and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401k, flexible paid vacation).
