Essential Functions
- Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers.
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with US Medical Affairs.
- Identify and communicate clinical/research insights from KOLs to internal departments.
- Provide medical education for HCPs via presentations, investigator meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and regional meetings.
- Provide scientific support for medical congress staffing, advisory boards, and sales training initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date therapy area knowledge; establish reputation as scientific/medical resource.
- Support Jazz as scientific authority; present clinical information in response to unsolicited questions (as appropriate).
- Communicate emerging data and product experience objectively (benefits/risks).
- Support data generation activities (company-sponsored studies, collaborations, ISTs).
- Contribute to US Medical Plan; provide input to local strategies; manage relevant budget (as needed).
- Collaborate cross-functionally for Key Account Management; support activities aligned to the Medical Plan (advisory boards, speaker development, clinical trials).
- Follow adverse event/product complaint reporting, Codes of Practice, ethics/integrity, and company values.

Required
- Experience in neuro-oncology.
- Ability to research, analyze, and communicate complex scientific/medical information.
- Clear communication/presentation; strong planning/organization; strategic mindset.
- Highly self-motivated; learn quickly; flexible and results-focused.
- Negotiation skills; strong interpersonal relationship building.
- Strong digital tool/platform capabilities; excellent spoken English.
- Travel at least 60% (driving required).

Preferred
- MSL experience with strong track record.
- Knowledge of healthcare environment/external experts; trust-building with opinion leaders.

Education/Licenses
- PharmD/MD/PhD (or equivalent) + 3 years neuro-oncology OR RN/NP/CNP/PA (or equivalent) + Master’s + 5 years clinical practice.
- Minimum 2 years as MSL or comparable industry/clinical role.
- Willing to travel 60–70%; valid driver’s license; live within 60 miles of a major airport.
