Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – South East

Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supporting Centessa’s neurology portfolio, including orexin receptor agonists for sleep-wake disorders. Objectives: engage healthcare professionals, support clinical development, and align medical activities with strategic goals. Responsibilities: provide scientific expertise through KOL engagement, deliver medical presentations, support clinical trial site identification and investigator training, attend and report on scientific conferences, develop and review medical materials, and lead strategic initiatives. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, or MD with at least 2 years in Medical Affairs or MSL roles within pharma/biotech; strong sleep medicine knowledge preferred; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; understanding of clinical trials, regulations, and therapeutic landscape. High-Value: sleep-wake disorders, narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia; biologics or small molecules; clinical-stage development; supporting early to late-phase trials; compliance with GxP and industry regulations. WorkSetup: remote-based in Atlanta or major Florida metro areas, with 60-70% travel across Southeast US, including weekends.
