Objectives include building scientific relationships with KOLs, clinicians, payors, and academic institutions, providing medical education, and gathering market insights. Responsibilities encompass engaging in scientific discussions at medical meetings, delivering objective presentations, identifying advisory board speakers, supporting regional initiatives, and facilitating regulatory and research grant submissions. Qualifications: Advanced scientific degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, etc.) with at least 2 years of MSLA experience; previous support for orphan or rare disease products, especially in genetics, is preferred. Skills include strong scientific data interpretation, scientific/technical communication, and relationship management with healthcare professionals and authorities. Experience supporting high-cost, specialty pharmacy-distributed products and working within regulated environments is advantageous. High-value details: Supporting products in rare diseases, with experience in Phenylketonuria preferred, extensive travel (50-60%), office and field-based work, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The role involves significant travel, including overnight and weekend stays, and requires access to healthcare facilities.
