Position: Medical Science Liaison, Mel/GI/Breast Oncology (Field - CO, WA, OR, AK)

Primary Role:
- Engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with RTLs, National Thought Leaders, and HCPs to translate science into patient care within a defined geography.
- Capture medical insights and act as a clinical/scientific advisor to cross-functional partners.
- Engage top HCPs in high-disease-burden hospitals; support pre/peri-launch and lifecycle brand needs.

Key Responsibilities
Medical engagement:
- Develop trusted relationships with oncology Thought Leaders through proactive/reactive dialogue (1:1, group, virtual).
- Collaborate to inform product/disease-focused medical plans and launch/LCM activities.
- Engage medical societies, PAGs, and guideline committees; train external speakers.
- Provide real-time medical support for unsolicited HCP questions (including Medical on Call).
- Strategically engage payers in pre/peri-launch phases.
- Document activities/achieve annual goals; leverage digital capabilities.

Clinical Trial engagement:
- Recommend clinical study/site feasibility to clinical development.
- Support patient access/equity and liaise with key large accounts.
- Lead major evidence read-outs (e.g., Ph3 top-line).
- Support NIR studies, ISR submission/execution, follow-up, and pharmacovigilance readiness; alert AE findings.

Required Qualifications:
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP; experience in specific disease area or broad medical/pharma background.
- Scientific/clinical research environment experience (field medical expertise preferred).
- Strong oncology experience.

Travel/Driving:
- Majority field time; may require company vehicle and meeting Qualified Driver requirements (incl. 21+ and valid license).

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Field US: $168,220–$203,837; additional incentive/stock may be available.
