Position: Medical Science Liaison, Mel/GI/Breast Oncology (Field: CO, WA, OR, AK)

Primary role: Engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with healthcare system leaders (RTLs, National Thought Leaders, HCPs) to translate science into patient care; also engage top HCPs in high-disease-burden hospitals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted relationships with oncology Thought Leaders via proactive/reactive peer dialogue (1:1, group, virtual).
- Gain insights to build and support product/disease-area medical plans for launch and lifecycle management.
- Engage medical societies, PAGs, and guideline committee members; train external speakers as needed.
- Provide real-time medical support for unsolicited HCP questions (face-to-face and Medical on Call).
- Strategically engage payers pre-/peri-launch with fHEOR and Account Executives.
- Collaborate with clinical development on study feasibility; liaise with large accounts to address clinical trial access barriers and equity.
- Lead major evidence read-outs; support interventional/non-interventional research (site identification, recruitment discussions).
- Support HCPs with ISR submission/execution; ensure investigator application of Pharmacovigilance documents and report adverse events.
- Use digital capabilities (e.g., CE3) to enhance medical engagement and document goals.

Required qualifications:
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with disease-area or broad medical/pharma experience.
- Scientific/clinical research environment experience (field medical expertise preferred).
- Deep understanding of Thought Leader needs.
- Strong oncology experience; knowledge of clinical trial design/process, publications, and national/regional healthcare/access.

Compensation & benefits (as stated):
- Base salary range (US, FTE): $168,220–$203,837; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
