Position: Medical Science Liaison, Immunology (Field - VT, ME, NH, CT, West MA)
Responsibilities:
- Identify disease/product medical needs in assigned geography; develop and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs), HCPs, and access stakeholders.
- Engage in meaningful scientific exchange (1:1, group presentations, remote) and present information; respond to questions with medical accuracy and compliance.
- Assess medical landscape; continuously update knowledge (treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, HEOR).
- Partner with HCPs on disease state initiatives, collaborative research, and investigator-sponsored research (ISR) aligned with BMS objectives.
- Attend congresses/meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to medical/commercial teams.
- Create geography-specific Field Medical/TL interaction plans; contribute to institution/account planning and medical programs.
- Provide medical/scientific/product training to internal stakeholders; support promotional meetings.
- Support interventional and non-interventional studies, ISR submission/execution, pharmacovigilance document understanding, and CRO-sponsored studies.
Position Requirements / Qualifications:
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with disease-area experience or broad medical/pharmaceutical experience.
- Disease area/scientific publication knowledge; clinical trial design/process knowledge.
- Knowledge of competitive landscape, patient treatment trends, national healthcare/access environment, and HEOR concepts.
- Excellent English (spoken/written). Minimum 2 years clinical/pharma environment preferred; prior MSL experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationship building.
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; travel required; live in territory or within 50 miles.
Compensation & Benefits (explicit):
- $166,090–$201,262; health coverage; 401(k), disability, life/accident insurance, business travel protection; paid time off.
