Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Immunology β Field (VA)
Responsibilities:
- Identify disease/product medical needs in assigned geography; develop and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and HCPs to drive meaningful scientific exchange.
- Answer unsolicited scientific/product and HEOR questions; use appropriate interaction channels (1:1, group, remote).
- Present accurate medical information, respond to questions, and comply with ethical/legal guidance.
- Assess the medical landscape; stay current on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and HEOR.
- Understand competitive landscape; partner with HCPs on disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, and investigator-sponsored research (ISR) aligned to strategy.
- Attend medical congresses/local meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to support strategy/business decisions.
- Create geography-specific Field Medical/TL interaction plans; support cross-functional institution/account plans.
- Provide medical support/training to internal teams and support promotional meetings.
- Support clinical trial activities (NIR/interventional): site identification/feasibility, ISR execution support, pharmacovigilance document adherence and adverse event alerting.
Requirements / Skills:
- MD/PharmD/PhD/APP/PA/NP with disease-area or broad medical background and relevant pharma experience.
- Disease-area and publication knowledge; understanding of clinical trial design/process; national healthcare/access environment; HEOR core concepts.
- Excellent English (spoken/written). Minimum 2 years clinical/pharma experience; prior MSL experience preferred.
- Independent, team-oriented; strong communication/presentation; ability to translate scientific/clinical data; peer-to-peer relationship building; quick learning; demonstrate BMS values.
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; ethical/integrity and safe driving history.
Travel/Living: Travel required; field-based; live in territory or within 50 miles.

Compensation: Field US $166,090β$201,262 (full-time), subject to individual determination.
