Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Immunology β Admilparant (Field, S. FL)
The MSL identifies disease and product-related medical needs in a defined geography and develops relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) to drive scientific exchange that supports medical education, data generation, insight generation, and patientsβ access to medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop/maintain relationships with academic/community thought leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions.
- Use multiple interaction channels (1:1, group presentations, remote, etc.); demonstrate proficiency with scientific resources and presentations.
- Present information and respond to questions with medical accuracy and compliance with ethical/legal guidelines.
- Assess the medical landscape and continuously update knowledge on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and HEOR.
- Understand competitive landscape and support informational needs.
- Identify partnership opportunities (disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, ISR) aligned to BMS objectives.
- Attend medical congresses/local/regional meetings; collect and communicate medical insights.
- Develop geography-specific Field Medical/TL interaction plans; contribute to institution/account plans.
- Collaborate cross-matrix with field teams; provide internal scientific training/updates; support promotional meetings and congress activities.
- Support clinical trial activities (interventional/non-interventional research): site feasibility, ISR support, pharmacovigilance awareness, CRO-sponsored study support.
Position Requirements
- MD/PharmD/PhD/APP/PA/NP with relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Disease-area knowledge; understanding of scientific publications.
- Knowledge of clinical trial design/process; national healthcare/access environment; HEOR core concepts.
- Excellent English (written/spoken).
Experience Desired
- 2+ years clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience.
- Independent, team player; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationship building.
- Ability to learn new subject areas quickly; demonstrate BMS Values.
Essential Qualification / Travel
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; safe driving/ethics.
- Travel required; field-based role; live in territory or within 50 miles of territory borders.

- $166,090β$201,262; additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
