Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Immunology β Admilparant (Field - N. TX, OK)
Role Purpose
- Drive scientific exchange with thought leaders (TLs) and HCPs to support medical education, data/insight generation, research, and patientsβ safe and appropriate access to BMS medicines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify disease/product medical needs in assigned geography; develop/maintain relationships with TLs, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders.
- Answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions using multiple channels (1:1, group, remote); present accurate information and respond to questions.
- Assess the medical landscape; continuously update knowledge (treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, trials, HEOR).
- Understand competitive landscape; identify collaboration opportunities (disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, ISR).
- Attend medical congresses/meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to support strategy/business decisions.
- Plan and execute Field Medical/TL interaction plans; contribute to cross-functional institution/account planning and local medical programs.
- Provide compliant collaboration with cross-matrix field teams; support internal training/updates; support promotional meetings; participate in congress activities.
- Support clinical trials (interventional/NIR): site assessment, feasibility input, ISR support, pharmacovigilance AE alerting, CRO study support.
Position Requirements
- MD/PharmD/PhD/APP/PA/NP with relevant pharmaceutical experience; disease-area knowledge and understanding of scientific publications.
- Knowledge of clinical trial design/process; national healthcare/access environment; HEOR concepts; strong English skills.
Experience Desired
- 2+ years in clinical/pharma environment; prior MSL experience; independent/teamwork ability; translate data for physicians; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationship building; quick learning; demonstrate BMS values.
Essential Qualification & Travel
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; ethical integrity and safe driving history.
- Travel required; field-based; live in territory or within 50 miles.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Field (US): $166,090β$201,262 base (FTE); potential incentive cash/stock (eligibility-based). Health, wellbeing, financial protection, and paid time off (eligibility-based).
