Responsibilities:
- Identify disease/product medical needs in assigned geography.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TL) and HCPs; use scientific exchange (1:1, group, remote) to support medical education, data generation, insight generation, and patient access.
- Answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions; present accurate information in compliance with ethical/legal requirements.
- Assess the medical landscape; continuously update knowledge on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and HEOR.
- Partner with HCPs on disease state initiatives, collaborative research, and investigator-sponsored research (ISR); attend congresses/meetings.
- Develop geography-specific field medical/TL interaction plans; contribute to institution/account planning and medical programs.
- Provide training and scientific updates to internal teams; support promotional meetings.
- Support clinical trial activities (interventional and non-interventional), including site feasibility, ISR support, pharmacovigilance alerting, and CRO-sponsored study support.
Qualifications/Skills (Requirements):
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with relevant disease-area experience/background and pharmaceutical experience.
- Knowledge of disease area/publications, clinical trial design/process, national healthcare/access environment, HEOR; excellent English (spoken/written).
Experience Desired:
- 2+ years in clinical/pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience.
Essential/Travel:
- Must be able to drive a company-provided car.
- Travel required; field-basedβlive in territory or within 50 miles.
