Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Immunology – Admilparant (Field – N. CA)

Role purpose: Identify disease/product medical needs in a defined geography; develop and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TL) and Healthcare Providers (HCP) to drive scientific exchange that supports medical education, data/insight generation, appropriate use of BMS medicines, and facilitates research.

Key Responsibilities
- Build/maintain relationships with academic/community TLs, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders; answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions.
- Present information (1:1, group, remote) and respond to questions with medical accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor/update knowledge on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and HEOR.
- Understand competitive landscape; partner with HCPs on disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, and ISR aligned to BMS strategy.
- Attend medical congresses/meetings; communicate medical insights to support strategy and business decisions.
- Create geography-specific Field Medical/TL interaction plans; contribute to cross-functional institution/account plans.
- Collaborate with cross-matrix field teams; provide internal training/updates; support promotional meetings; participate in congress activities.
- Support interventional and non-interventional research: study site identification, feasibility insights, ISR support, pharmacovigilance document adherence/AE escalation, and CRO-sponsored studies.

Position Requirements / Qualifications
- MD/PharmD/PhD/APP/PA/NP with disease-area experience or broad medical background and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Knowledge of scientific publications; clinical trial design/process; national healthcare/access; HEOR.
- Excellent English (written/spoken).

Experience Desired
- 2+ years clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience.
- Independent/team-focused; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationship building; ability to learn new subjects quickly; demonstrate BMS values.

Essential / Travel
- Must be able to drive a company-provided car; responsible/safe driving.
- Travel required; field-based; live in territory or within 50 miles.

Compensation & Benefits (high level)
- Field (US): $166,090–$201,262; additional incentives may apply.
