Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Immunology β Admilparant (Field β Michigan)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic/community research thought leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders within a defined geography to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions.
- Use various interaction channels (1:1, group presentations, remote, etc.); demonstrate proficiency with scientific resources.
- Present information to TLs/HCPs and respond to questions with medical accuracy and compliance.
- Assess the medical landscape with TL/HCPs/Access Stakeholders; continuously update knowledge (treatment strategies, unmet needs, clinical trials, HEOR).
- Understand competitive landscape and evolving healthcare models; identify partnerships on disease state initiatives, collaborative research, and ISR aligned with BMS objectives.
- Attend medical congresses/local meetings; collect and share meaningful medical insights back to medical/commercial teams.
- Develop geography-specific Field Medical and TL Interaction plans; contribute to cross-functional institution/account plans and local medical programs/projects.
- Establish compliant collaboration with cross-matrix field teams; support internal training and provide scientific updates; support promotional meetings; participate in Congress activities.
- Support clinical trial activities (NIR/Interventional): site identification/assessment, study feasibilities, ISR submission/execution follow-up, apply pharmacovigilance documents and alert AE reporting, support CRO-sponsored studies.
Position Requirements
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with disease-area experience or broad medical background and relevant pharma experience.
- Disease area knowledge/publications; clinical trial design/process; national healthcare/access environment; HEOR core concepts; excellent English skills.
Experience Desired
- 2+ years in clinical/pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience; independent/team-focused; translate scientific/clinical data for physicians; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationship building; learn quickly; demonstrate BMS values.
Essential Qualification / Travel
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; safe, ethical driving history.
- Travel required; field-based role living in territory or within 50 miles.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- US $166,090β$201,262 (field, US). Additional incentive cash/stock may be available; benefits include health, wellbeing, 401(k), disability/life, and other listed programs; paid time off per exempt/non-exempt schedules.
