Position Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Immunology (Admilparant)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic/community thought leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders within a defined geography to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions.
- Use multiple channels (1:1, group presentations, remote, etc.); demonstrate proficiency with scientific resources and presentations.
- Present accurate medical information and respond to questions in compliance with ethical/legal guidelines and local procedures.
- Assess the medical landscape by meeting with TL/HCP/Access stakeholders; continuously update knowledge on treatments, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, HEOR, and scientific activities.
- Understand competitive landscape and prepare to address customer informational needs.
- Identify partnership opportunities with HCPs on disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, and ISR aligned with strategy.
- Attend medical congresses/local meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to support strategy and business decisions.
Contribute to the Medical Plan
- Develop geography-specific Field Medical and TL interaction plans; contribute to cross-functional institution/account planning.
- Develop and deliver scientifically meaningful medical programs/projects aligned with local plans.
Provide Medical Support
- Establish compliant, customer-centric collaboration with cross-matrix field teams.
- Support initial/ongoing scientific/product training; provide key updates to internal stakeholders.
- Provide scientific support at promotional meetings and assigned congress activities.
Support Clinical Trial Activities
- Support interventional and non-interventional research (site identification/assessment) to facilitate recruitment and discussions on safe/effective use of investigational products.
- Provide feasibility insights to clinical development; support ISR submission/execution and follow-up.
- Ensure local investigator understanding of pharmacovigilance documents; alert BMS personnel to adverse events.
Position Requirements
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with experience in a disease area or broad medical/pharmaceutical background.
- Disease area knowledge and scientific publication understanding.
- Knowledge of clinical trial design/process; national healthcare/access environment; HEOR concepts.
- Excellent English (written/spoken).
Experience Desired
- Minimum 2 years in clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience.
- Independent/team-oriented; ability to translate scientific data; strong communication/presentation.
Essential Qualification
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; safe driving history.
Travel Requirement
- Travel required; field-based roleβlive in territory or within 50 miles of borders.
