Responsibilities
- Identify disease/product medical needs in assigned geography; develop/maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs).
- Provide meaningful scientific exchange (1:1, groups, remote) to support medical education, data generation, insight generation, and patientsโ€™ access; ensure safe/appropriate use in line with medical strategies and external stakeholder needs.
- Answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions; present accurate medical information; respond to questions per local/ethical/legal guidelines.
- Assess medical landscape; update knowledge on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and HEOR.
- Partner with HCPs on disease initiatives, collaborative research, and ISR aligned with BMS objectives; attend congresses/meetings.
- Create geography-specific Field Medical/TL interaction plans; support medical programs and cross-functional institution/account plans.
- Support cross-matrix field training/updates; provide scientific support at promotional meetings.
- Support interventional and non-interventional studies, ISR follow-up, site feasibility/recruitment; apply pharmacovigilance procedures and report adverse events.

Position Requirements
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with disease-area or broad medical background and relevant pharma experience.
- Knowledge of scientific publications, clinical trial design/process, clinical/competitive landscape and patient treatment trends, national healthcare/access environment, and HEOR core concepts.
- Excellent spoken/written English.

Experience Desired
- 2+ years in clinical/pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience; independent/teamwork; strong communication/presentation; ability to translate data and build peer-to-peer relationships.
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; ethics/integrity; safe driving history.
- Travel required; field-based; live in territory or within 50 miles.
