Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Immunology (Field - AK, WA, OR, ID, UT, NV)
Responsibilities
- Identify disease/product medical needs in assigned geography; develop/maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs).
- Provide scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR information through 1:1, group, and remote interactions; present and respond with medical accuracy and compliance.
- Assess the medical landscape; update knowledge on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and HEOR.
- Partner with HCPs on disease initiatives, collaborative research, and Investigator-Sponsored Research (ISR).
- Attend medical congresses/meetings; collect and share medical insights to support strategy and business decisions.
- Develop field/TL interaction plans; contribute to institution/account planning and delivery of medical programs.
- Provide internal training and scientific updates; support promotional meetings and Congress activities.
- Support interventional and non-interventional research: site identification, feasibility insights, ISR support, pharmacovigilance document adherence/AE escalation, and support CRO studies.
Position Requirements (Qualifications/Skills)
- MD/PharmD/PhD/APP/PA/NP with disease-area or broad medical/pharma experience.
- Disease area knowledge; scientific publications; clinical trial design/process; national healthcare/access environment; HEOR concepts.
- Excellent English (written/spoken).
Experience Desired
- 2+ years in clinical/pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience.
- Independent, team-oriented; translate scientific data for physicians; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationship building; fast learning.
Essential/Other
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; safe driving history.
- Travel required; live in territory or within 50 miles.
Compensation/Benefits
- Field (US): $166,090–$201,262; incentive cash/stock may be available.
