Medical Science Liaison - Hematology (West Los Angeles/Central CA

Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Hematology for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines, covering West Los Angeles and Central Valley California. Objectives: Develop scientific engagement strategies, build relationships with KOLs/HCPs, and provide medical education aligned with oncology and hematology therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: conduct high-quality scientific exchange, facilitate investigator-initiated studies, deliver tailored scientific data, identify educational needs, and generate actionable insights for medical strategy; ensure compliance and collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, etc.), 2+ years' relevant experience, with prior success as an MSL preferred; strong therapeutic expertise in oncology/hematology, data analysis, and strategic thinking.
