Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 3+ years in relevant therapy areas; minimum 2 years as an MSL or similar role; strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel 60-70%; valid driver’s license. Preferred: experience in oncology, demonstrated trust with opinion leaders, understanding of regulatory and healthcare landscapes. High-Value: oncology/neuroscience therapeutic areas, field-based stakeholder engagement, focus on scientific exchange, and medical affairs strategy. Work setup: field position requiring extensive travel; based near a major airport.
