Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted scientific partner by conducting timely, appropriate, frequent medical/scientific exchanges with external experts.
- Execute stakeholder engagement plans to gather data and share medical insights that support medical messages, plans, and future research.
- Stay current on therapeutic-area developments; assess research opportunities and support evidence-generation in real-world settings.
- Recognize, record, and share insights about patient/consumer/regulator/payer/HCP needs and unmet needs.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Commercial Operations) in compliance with applicable requirements.
- Build long-term peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders.
- Plan and execute territory/stakeholder engagement strategies using the Scientific Engagement Model; attend congresses/symposia; organize educational meetings or advisory boards when requested; support speakers training.
- Gather and provide feedback to the organization from stakeholder interactions (including record/reporting insights from multiple sources).
- Collaborate internally and support evidence-generation by identifying data collection opportunities; monitor disease epidemiology; support study/protocol development; identify trial sites; support investigator-sponsored study (ISS) requests.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical industry, Medical Science Liaison role, or relevant clinical setting.
- Clear understanding of medical practice, clinical decision-making, and healthcare systems.
- Ability to interpret scientific data and translate it for education/research.
- Understanding of research study design and execution; exemplary communication/presentation skills; experience working on multidisciplinary teams.

Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong scientific expertise; adept diplomacy and communication; ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects; leadership; deep knowledge of local pharma regulations/codes for non-promotional activities; knowledge of healthcare systems, regulatory/payer environment, and public health trends; proficiency in digital tools; working knowledge of English as a second language.
