The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-based professional providing medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. The MSL engages in scientific exchange with Healthcare Professionals and Managed Markets Customers; identifies pre-clinical, clinical and post-marketing study investigators; responds to customer inquiries with focused, balanced clinical and scientific information; delivers clinical and scientific information that differentiates products; and provides clinical support and data presentations regionally and nationally.

Territory: Illinois, Northern Indiana, Wisconsin

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in dermatology.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue consistent with company policies.
- Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials, and research (including investigator-initiated trials) with Clinical Development.
- Assist in scientific training for Commercial and other internal colleagues using approved materials.
- Support speaker training and advisory boards as requested.
- Represent the company at national and regional medical meetings to support medical information activities and scientific exchange.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information and document requests per policy/procedure.

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent.
- 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Strong, collaborative, long-term relationships with HCPs/decision makers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify medical engagement opportunities and drive engagement goals.
- Understanding of clinical research methodologies; ability to evaluate and translate scientific material.
- Travel up to ~50% (when appropriate).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology experience.
