For optimal access to major airports within the territory, the ideal candidate will reside in Chicago, Indianapolis, Nashville, Dallas, or Houston.
Who We Are
Kamada Inc. is a vertically integrated global biopharmaceutical company with a diverse portfolio of FDA-approved products and additional registered products outside the U.S. We distribute directly and through partners in more than 30 countries and are supported by strong manufacturing, regulatory, and development capabilities. Headquartered in Rehovot, Israel, Kamada has been advancing specialty plasma-derived therapeutics since 1990 and continues to build a robust development pipeline, including late-stage clinical programs. In the U.S., Kamada Plasma has a 25-year history that began in Beaumont and now includes collection centers in Houston and San Antonio, all FDA licensed and certified by PPTA and CLIA.
About The Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of MSL for the Central U.S. territory. This field-based position requires established scientific and personal credibility to build trust with thought leaders and academic centers of excellence. The MSL plays a critical role in engaging KOLs, identifying clinical opportunities, and serving as a key conduit of scientific information between Kamada and the medical community. This full-time exempt position is salaried and field-based, with an expected travel frequency of ~60%.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with KOLs to strengthen Kamada's scientific reputation and identify clinical opportunities.
- Provide balanced, up-to-date scientific education to HCPs, investigators, payors, and formulary committees.
- Collaborate with investigators and research partners on data generation and communication initiatives, including investigator-initiated studies.
- Attend scientific and medical meetings to remain current on therapeutic advancements and competitive landscapes.
- Capture and relay medical insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and development.
Why Work at Kamada Inc.?
At Kamada, you won't just be joining a company-you'll be part of a mission. Every role connects directly to saving lives through plasma-derived therapies that reach patients around the world. Our MSLs are highly visible, respected voices in the field who bridge the gap between science and clinical practice. You'll be supported by an agile, collaborative organization that values expertise, fresh perspectives, and bold thinking. Along with a competitive total rewards package-including base salary, annual bonus opportunities, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, holidays, PTO, and allowances for travel and technology-you'll have the opportunity to grow in a company that is both established and expanding, where your contributions have a lasting impact.
What You'll Bring
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP, or BSN).
- 5-10 years of diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or medical experience, (preference for solid organ transplantation expertise, with consideration given to cardiology or nephrology experience).
- Demonstrated success educating HCPs and communicating clinical data in diverse healthcare settings.
- Experience managing large geographies and target accounts with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to foster engagement with KOLs, HCPs, and hospital stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience training and educating peers and medical personnel.
- An established and active network within the transplant or HCP community is not required but is a highly attractive plus.
