Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Cell Therapy Autoimmune (CTAI) β€” Territory: S. TX, LA, AR, TN

Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Act as primary liaison to investigators interested in investigator-initiated research
- Develop and execute geography-specific Field Medical and KOL interaction plans
- Partner with other BMS MSL teams to achieve CTAI objectives with rheumatologists and hematologists
- Support patient education as a subject matter expert on the BMS pipeline and investigational therapies
- Provide clinical presentations and respond to unsolicited questions in academic/healthcare settings (group and 1:1)
- Collaborate with clinical R&D to enhance patient enrollment in BMS-sponsored trials by identifying sites and interacting with investigators
- Provide scientific support at national, regional, and local medical congresses/meetings
- Capture and provide timely feedback/insights on the cell therapy and autoimmune treatment landscape

Qualifications / Required Skills:
- Terminal degree in medical science (PA-C, DNP, Pharm D, M.D., or Ph.D.)
- 3–5 years clinical or research experience in cell therapy or autoimmune disease OR 3–5 years as an MSL in these areas
- Current working knowledge of US legal/regulatory/compliance guidelines for HCP interactions
- Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Ability to partner and maintain relationships in the medical community
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills

Preferred:
- Cell therapy or rheumatology experience

Benefits/Compensation (explicitly stated): Field US $168,220–$203,837; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
