Medical Science Liaison, Cell Therapy Autoimmune (CTAI)
Territory: Field – WA, OR, ID, MT, ND, SD, WY, AK (travel >50%).

Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Serve as primary liaison to investigators for investigator-initiated research.
- Develop and execute geography-specific Field Medical and KOL interaction plans.
- Partner with other MSL teams to achieve CTAI objectives with rheumatologists and hematologists.
- Support patient education as a subject matter expert on BMS pipeline/investigational therapies.
- Provide clinical presentations and respond to unsolicited questions (as appropriate).
- Collaborate with clinical R&D to enhance patient enrollment in BMS-sponsored trials (identify sites, interact with investigators).
- Provide scientific support at national/regional/local medical meetings.
- Capture and share timely feedback/insights on the cell therapy/autoimmune landscape.

Skills/Qualifications
- Terminal degree in medical science (PA-C, DNP, PharmD, M.D., or Ph.D.) required.
- 3–5 years clinical/research experience in cell therapy or autoimmune disease OR 3–5 years as an MSL in these areas.
- Cell therapy or rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
- Independent and cross-functional collaboration; strong communication/presentation/time management.
- Working knowledge of US legal/regulatory/compliance for healthcare professional interactions.
