Medical Science Liaison, Cell Therapy Autoimmune (CTAI)
Territory Location: Field - NM, N. TX, OK

Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Serve as primary liaison to investigators interested in investigator-initiated research
- Develop and execute geography-specific Field Medical and KOL Interaction plans
- Partner with other MSL teams to achieve CTAI objectives with rheumatologists and hematologists
- Support patient education initiatives as a subject matter expert on BMS pipeline and investigational therapies
- Provide clinical presentations and information in response to unsolicited questions in academic/healthcare settings (group and one-on-one)
- Collaborate with clinical R&D to enhance patient enrollment in BMS-sponsored trials by identifying trial sites and engaging investigators
- Provide scientific support at national/regional/local medical congresses/meetings
- Capture and provide timely feedback/insights on the cell therapy and autoimmune treatment landscape

Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Terminal degree in medical science (PA-C, DNP, Pharm D, M.D., or Ph.D.) required
- 3-5 years clinical/research experience in cell therapy or autoimmune disease OR 3-5 years as an MSL in cell therapy/autoimmune
- Cell therapy or rheumatology experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of US legal/regulatory/compliance guidelines for interactions with healthcare professionals
- Ability to partner and maintain relationships in the medical community
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Ability to translate scientific/clinical data into valuable information for physicians and patients

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Field - United States: $168,220 - $203,837 (plus potential incentive cash and stock)
