Medical Science Liaison, Cell Therapy Autoimmune (CTAI) (Field – NC, MD, WV, VA, DC)
Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Serve as primary liaison to investigators for investigator-initiated research
- Develop and execute geography-specific Field Medical and KOL Interaction plans
- Partner with other MSL teams to achieve CTAI objectives with rheumatologists and hematologists
- Support patient education as a subject matter expert on the BMS pipeline and investigational therapies
- Provide clinical presentations and respond to unsolicited questions in academic/healthcare settings (group and 1:1)
- Collaborate with Clinical R&D to enhance patient enrollment in BMS-sponsored trials (site identification; investigator engagement)
- Provide scientific support at national/regional/local medical congresses/meetings
- Capture and share timely insights on the cell therapy/autoimmune landscape for strategy development
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Terminal degree in medical science (PA-C, DNP, PharmD, MD, or PhD)
- 3–5 years clinical/research experience in cell therapy or autoimmune disease OR 3–5 years as an MSL in these areas
- Cell therapy or rheumatology experience strongly preferred
- Independent and cross-functional teamwork
- Knowledge of US legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for interactions with HCPs
- Strong relationship-building, communication/presentation, time management, and ability to translate data for physicians
Compensation/Benefits (as listed): $168,220–$203,837; Health, wellbeing, 401(k), disability/life, and paid time off incl. flexible time off and paid holidays.
