Medical Science Liaison, Cell Therapy Autoimmune (CTAI) (Field) β€” Territory: NC, MD, WV, VA, DC

Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Serve as primary liaison to investigators interested in investigator-initiated research
- Develop and execute geography-specific Field Medical and KOL Interaction plans
- Partner with other BMS MSL teams to achieve CTAI objectives and goals with rheumatologists and hematologists
- Support patient education initiatives as a subject matter expert on the BMS pipeline and investigational therapies
- Provide clinical presentations and information in response to unsolicited questions (as appropriate) in academic and healthcare provider settings (group and one-on-one)
- Collaborate with Clinical Research & Development to enhance patient enrollment in BMS-sponsored clinical trials by identifying sites and engaging investigators
- Provide scientific support at national, regional and local medical congresses/meetings
- Capture and provide timely feedback/insights to internal stakeholders on the cell therapy and autoimmune treatment landscape for strategy development

Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Terminal degree in medical science (PA-C, DNP, Pharm D, M.D., or Ph.D.) required
- 3–5 years clinical or research experience in cell therapy or autoimmune disease OR 3–5 years as an MSL in cell therapy/autoimmune landscapes
- Cell therapy or rheumatology experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of US legal, regulatory, and compliance regulations/guidelines for industry interactions with healthcare professionals
- Ability to partner and maintain relationships within the medical community
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Ability to translate scientific/clinical data into understandable and valuable information for physicians

Required Conditions:
- Field-based role; travel of more than 50%

Compensation (Field, US): $168,220 – $203,837 (additional incentive cash/stock may be available)
