Medical Science Liaison, Cell Therapy Autoimmune (CTAI)
Territory Location: Field - CO, NE, KS, MO, IA, MN

Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Serve as primary liaison to investigators interested in investigator-initiated research
- Develop and execute geography-specific Field Medical and KOL Interaction plans
- Partner with other BMS MSL teams to achieve CTAI objectives with rheumatologists and hematologists
- Support patient education initiatives as a subject matter expert on BMS pipeline and investigational therapies
- Provide clinical presentations and respond to unsolicited questions in academic/provider settings
- Collaborate with clinical R&D to enhance patient enrollment in BMS-sponsored clinical trials
- Provide scientific support at national/regional/local medical congresses/meetings
- Capture and share timely feedback/insights on the cell therapy and autoimmune treatment landscape

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Terminal degree in medical science (PA-C, DNP, Pharm D, M.D., or Ph.D.)
- 3–5 years clinical or research experience in cell therapy or autoimmune disease OR 3–5 years as an MSL in these areas
- Strong preference: cell therapy or rheumatology experience
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of US legal, regulatory, and compliance guidelines for industry interactions with healthcare professionals
- Ability to partner and maintain medical community relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Ability to translate scientific/clinical data for physicians
