Position: Medical Science Liaison, Cardiovascular - Milvexian (Field - South TX)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop/maintain relationships with academic/community thought leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions.
- Use multiple interaction channels (1:1, group, remote); present accurate, compliant information and respond to questions.
- Assess medical landscape; update knowledge on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and HEOR.
- Understand competitive landscape; identify collaboration opportunities (disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, ISR) aligned with strategy.
- Attend medical congresses/meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to medical/commercial teams.
- Create geography-specific Field Medical/TL interaction plans; support scientifically meaningful medical programs.
- Provide medical/scientific training and updates to internal stakeholders; support promotional meetings; participate in Congress activities.
- Support interventional and non-interventional research: identify study sites, provide feasibility input, support ISR submissions/execution, apply pharmacovigilance procedures and report adverse events, and support CRO-sponsored studies.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- MD/PharmD/PhD/APP/PA/NP with disease-area or broad medical background and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Knowledge of scientific publications, clinical trial design/process, national healthcare/access environment, HEOR; excellent spoken/written English.
- Desired: 2+ years in clinical/pharma environment; prior MSL experience; independent/team-based work; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationship skills; ability to learn quickly.
- Essential: ability to drive a company-provided car; safe driving/ethics.
- Travel required; live in territory or within 50 miles.

Compensation
- $166,090–$201,262 (US field). Additional incentive (eligibility-based).
