Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Cardiovascular – Milvexian (Field – South TX)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify disease/product medical needs in assigned geography; develop/maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and HCPs to drive scientific exchange.
- Answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions using appropriate channels (1:1, groups, remote).
- Present accurate, compliant medical information and respond to questions; assess the medical landscape and update knowledge on therapies, trials, and unmet needs.
- Understand competitive landscape; identify opportunities for HCP partnerships (disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, ISR) aligned with strategy.
- Attend congresses/meetings; collect and communicate meaningful medical insights to internal teams.
- Develop geography-specific field/TL interaction plans; contribute to cross-functional account/institution planning.
- Provide medical/scientific training and updates to internal stakeholders; support promotional meetings.
- Support interventional and non-interventional research: site identification/feasibility, ISR support, pharmacovigilance awareness (report adverse events), and CRO-sponsored study support.

Position Requirements / Qualifications
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with disease-area or relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Knowledge of disease area/publications, clinical trial design/process, national healthcare/access environment, HEOR concepts; excellent English (spoken/written).
- Desired: 2+ years clinical/pharma experience; prior MSL experience; independent/teamwork; ability to translate data; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationships; rapid learning.

Essential / Travel
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; high ethics/integrity and safe driving history.
- Field-based; live in territory or within 50 miles; travel required.

Compensation / Benefits (high level)
- Field (U.S.): $166,090–$201,262; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
