Position: Medical Science Liaison, Cardiovascular β Milvexian (Field β Pacific Northwest)
Role:
The MSL identifies disease/product medical needs in a defined geography and builds relationships with Thought Leaders and HCPs to drive meaningful scientific exchange, support safe/appropriate medicine use, facilitate research, and serve as a medical resource.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop/maintain relationships with academic/community research thought leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders; answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions.
- Use multiple interaction channels (1:1, group presentations, remote) and present/respond with medical accuracy and compliance.
- Assess the medical landscape; continuously update knowledge (treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, HEOR).
- Understand competitive landscape and support informational needs of customers.
- Identify partnerships with HCPs (disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, ISR).
- Attend medical congresses/meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to support strategy/business decisions.
Clinical Trial / Medical Support:
- Support interventional/non-interventional research (site feasibility, patient recruitment support), ISR submission/execution follow-up.
- Support pharmacovigilance awareness; alert relevant BMS personnel to adverse events.
- Support medical training, promotional meeting scientific support, and congress activities.
Position Requirements:
- MD/PharmD/PhD/APP/PA/NP with disease-area experience or broad medical background + relevant pharma experience.
- Knowledge of scientific publications, clinical trial design/process, national healthcare/access environment, and HEOR concepts.
- Excellent English skills.
Experience Desired:
- 2+ years clinical/pharma environment; prior MSL experience.
Essential/Travel:
- Ability to drive a company-provided car.
- Travel required; live in/within 50 miles of territory; majority of time in the field.

- $166,090β$201,262 starting range (US field).
