Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders in assigned geography to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions.
- Use multiple channels for scientific exchange (1:1, group, remote); present accurately and respond to questions per ethical/legal/local requirements.
- Assess medical landscape; continuously update knowledge (treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, HEOR).
- Identify opportunities to partner on disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, and investigator-sponsored research (ISR).
- Attend medical congresses/meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to medical and commercial teams.
- Create geography-specific Field Medical/TL interaction plans; contribute to institution/account planning and medical programs.
- Provide medical support and training to internal stakeholders; support promotional meetings; participate in congress activities.
- Support clinical trial activities: NIR/interventional research site assessment, feasibility input, ISR support/follow-up, pharmacovigilance awareness, and CRO study support.

Position Requirements
- MD/PharmD/PhD/APP/PA/NP with relevant pharmaceutical experience and disease area or broad medical background.
- Knowledge of scientific publications, clinical/competitive landscape, clinical trial design/process, national healthcare/access environment, and HEOR.
- Excellent spoken/written English.

Experience Desired
- 2+ years in clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience.
- Independent, strong communication/presentation skills; ability to build peer-to-peer relationships and translate data.

Essential/Travel
- Must be able to drive a company-provided car; safe driving/ethics required.
- Travel required; field-based roleβ€”live in territory or within 50 miles.

Compensation (explicit)
- $166,090–$201,262 (US, field; full-time). Additional incentives may apply.
