Role: Medical Science Liaison for Johnson & Johnson's Neuroscience portfolio, focusing on CAPLYTA in the Ozarks region. Responsibilities: develop scientific engagement plans, build relationships with KOLs and healthcare providers, facilitate scientific exchange, support investigator-initiated studies, and provide scientific education aligned with Medical Affairs strategy. Maintain current knowledge of therapeutic landscape, competitors, and emerging technologies like AI. Ensure compliant communication and documentation, support internal cross-functional collaborations, and represent the company at congresses. Requirements: doctorate (PharmD, MD, PhD, Advanced Practice Provider) with postgraduate experience, preferably in neuroscience or related therapeutic areas, and 2+ years of relevant experience (MSL or clinical). Skills: in-depth scientific knowledge, data analysis, clinical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 70% within territory, with a valid US driver’s license. Preferred: Board certification, residency/fellowship, therapeutic experience, and demonstrated interest in emerging tech. High-value: Neuroscience (major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, schizophrenia, autism), field-based scientific expert, investigator support, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and clinical teams.
