Medical Science Liaison – CAPLYTA (Neuroscience) - North & South Carolina

Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Johnson & Johnson's Neuroscience portfolio, focusing on CAPLYTA within the North & South Carolina territory. Responsibilities: develop and execute scientific engagement plans, build relationships with key opinion leaders, facilitate scientific exchange, support investigator-initiated studies, and provide clinical and scientific insights to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance. Qualifications: Doctorate (PharmD, PhD, MD, advanced practice providers), plus at least 2 years of relevant therapeutic or MSL experience; strong scientific and clinical expertise, strategic thinking, and data analysis skills; ability to travel up to 70%. High-Value: Neuroscience (major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, schizophrenia, autism), emphasis on scientific credibility, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and scientific exchange in a regulated environment. Work setup: field-based with significant travel; located across multiple U.S. states in the specified territory.
