Primary objectives include developing scientific engagement strategies, building relationships with healthcare providers and academic thought leaders, and providing objective, evidence-based scientific education. Responsibilities encompass high-quality scientific exchange, competitive landscape monitoring, supporting investigator-initiated studies, and collaborating across internal teams (R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations). The MSL also tracks scientific and treatment trend developments, contributes insights to inform medical strategies, and ensures compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Requirements include a Doctorate (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), with postgraduate clinical experience preferred, especially in neuroscience; 2+ years relevant experience is advantageous. The role demands in-depth therapeutic knowledge, data analysis skills, and proficiency in scientific communication. Travel up to 70% within the territory and to conferences is expected. Preferred qualifications include residency/fellowship training, board certification, and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI. The position emphasizes strategic scientific engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to compliance standards in a fast-evolving neuroscience space, addressing complex brain health disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and schizophrenia.
